I was a bit skeptical about spending money on a digital book but I have to say this was well worth it. The information provided is extremely valuable and has already helped me to improve my trading mindset. The author does a great job of explaining complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand and the examples given are very relatable. I have read a lot of books on trading psychology but this one is by far the most comprehensive and practical. I have been applying the strategies outlined in the book and I can already see a significant improvement in my trading performance. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to take their trading to the next level. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that I wish it came with some additional resources such as worksheets or a companion website but overall I am very happy with my purchase.
