All products, code, documentation, and branding on AlgoKing.pk are the exclusive intellectual property of AlgoKing.pk or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product solely for personal or internal trading purposes on MetaTrader 4/5 platforms.

Digital products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee profits, accuracy, or performance. Trading involves substantial risk — you assume full responsibility for your trading decisions and outcomes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Paddle, Stripe). We do not store your payment details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any product if we suspect misuse, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlgoKing.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
