I purchased this product with high hopes of making some extra money through automated trading but unfortunately it has not lived up to my expectations. The initial setup was a bit complicated and the instructions provided were not very clear. I had to spend several hours trying to figure things out. Once I finally got it up and running I was disappointed to find that the trading results were not as good as I had expected. The bot seemed to make a lot of trades but most of them were losses. I have been using it for a few weeks now and I am still waiting to see a decent profit. The customer support team has been somewhat helpful but it takes them a while to respond to my queries. Overall I would say that this product is not for beginners and even experienced traders may find it challenging to use. I am still trying to make it work but so far I am not impressed.
