1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to AlgoKing. These License Terms govern your use of all software, tools, scripts, indicators, digital products and services ("Products") offered by AlgoKing through our platform at algoking.pk.
By purchasing, downloading, installing or using any Product from AlgoKing, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our Products.
2. OUR LICENSING MODEL
AlgoKing offers two primary types of licenses for its Products. The license type applicable to your purchase is shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
2.1 One (1) Year License
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Includes full access to the Product during the license period.
- Includes technical support and updates for the duration of the license.
- Upon expiration, you may renew the license to continue receiving access, support and updates.
- After expiration, the Product may or may not continue to function, depending on the Product and the platform it runs on. Support and future updates will not be provided unless the license is renewed.
2.2 Lifetime License with Support
- Grants usage rights to the Product for as long as the Product is available and supported.
- Includes technical support as long as the Product remains actively maintained by AlgoKing.
- Includes free updates and new versions released during the Product's active lifecycle.
- Support is provided via email or ticket system, and response time varies based on priority.
- "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Product, not the lifetime of the customer. It does not mean "forever" if the Product is discontinued due to technological obsolescence, platform changes or legal reasons.
3. LICENSE GRANT AND OWNERSHIP
3.1 License Grant
Upon successful payment, AlgoKing grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product according to your license type. This license is for your own use only, on the account(s) specified at the time of purchase or delivery.
3.2 Intellectual Property
Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the Product, its source code or its intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted in these terms remain with AlgoKing or the original owners of the Product.
3.3 Product Authorization
Products distributed through our platform are either developed by us or made available through licensing, distribution or reseller arrangements with the rightful owners, where applicable. We do not knowingly distribute pirated, cracked or unauthorized software. If you are the rightful owner of any Product listed on our platform and believe it is listed without your permission, please contact us at the email below and we will review your request promptly.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
As a licensee, you agree to:
- Use the Product only for lawful purposes.
- Not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Product, unless explicitly permitted in writing.
- Not redistribute, resell, share, rent or sublicense the Product without prior written consent from AlgoKing.
- Keep your license key, account and access details secure and not share them with third parties.
- Comply with all applicable local, national and international laws regarding software usage.
- Comply with the terms of any third-party platform on which the Product is used.
5. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
5.1 Support Coverage
- 1-Year License: Support during the 12-month term.
- Lifetime License: Ongoing support while the Product is actively maintained.
- Support includes bug fixes, installation help and basic troubleshooting.
- Advanced customization, strategy development or integration services may incur additional fees.
- Support does not include trading advice, trade signals interpretation or guidance on how to make trading decisions.
5.2 Updates
- Minor updates (bug fixes and patches) are included free of charge during your support period.
- Major version upgrades may require a renewal or upgrade fee depending on the license type.
- Updates are delivered through your account dashboard, email or other means we consider suitable.
6. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Many of our Products run on third-party platforms such as TradingView. You are responsible for ensuring that your subscription plan, device, broker and platform settings support the Product you purchase. AlgoKing is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for any third-party platform, and is not responsible for changes, restrictions, outages or policy updates made by those platforms that may affect how a Product works.
7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
- All Products are digital, and sales are generally final once the Product is delivered or access is provided.
- A refund is provided only if the purchased item is not available with us, or if we delivered a wrong item by mistake and are unable to provide the correct one.
- Trading losses, dissatisfaction with results or change of mind are not grounds for a refund.
- License cancellations do not entitle users to prorated refunds.
8. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE AND TRADING RISK
- All Products are provided for educational and analytical purposes only.
- AlgoKing is a tool provider. We are not a broker, we do not manage accounts, we do not execute trades on your behalf and we do not provide financial or investment advice.
- Trading financial markets carries a high level of risk, and you may lose some or all of your capital. Nothing in trading is 100% certain, and no Product can guarantee profit or eliminate risk.
- Signals, alerts and results shown by any Product are theoretical and based on chart data. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions, and we recommend testing any Product on a demo account first.
9. TERMINATION
AlgoKing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately, without refund, if you:
- Breach any term of this agreement.
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal or abusive behavior, including payment fraud or abusive chargebacks.
- Attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms or share access or keys unlawfully.
Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Product and delete all copies in your possession.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results or non-infringement. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or profitable operation.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoKing, its owners and team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading loss, loss of capital, loss of profit or missed opportunity, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, any Product, even if we were advised of the possibility of such loss. Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product concerned.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY], Pakistan.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these License Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
